I worked as a Blog writer in a Company that owns a Nursery and also researched the needed information that the client needs.  I can also manage WordPress and able to deliver my work on time. I have almost 6 years of professional experience as customer support in a BPO industry, assisting customers via email and phone. As a Customer Service Representative for almost 6 years, I have gained experience dealing with different customers who were angry, frustrated, worried and afraid. Building an emotional connection with customers is not easy and it's even harder when there are no verbal or physical cues to follow. I have always made sure that I have addressed each concern with the utmost respect and integrity.  I can also provide a voice over for some projects and let me know if you need some samples for it.
