I worked in the BPO industry for three years and more than 2 years of work experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I have experience taking calls both for inbound and outbound campaigns. I have handled accounts in Sales, Customer Service, Lead Generation Accounts, Appointment Setting, Market Research Interviewer, as well as eBay Listing and Ad posting in Craigslist.  I have catered campaigns from the US and UK. 
Being a freelancer somehow taught me to be more responsible at Upgrade to see actual infoet the clients’ needs as well as expectations. With that span of time, I have developed my skill as a representative from telephone etiquette to conversing fluently and professionally with customers and offering the best service the customer deserves.  I have acquired knowledge on how to effectively deliver a rebuttal and how to deal with different types of customers.
