Profile Description

I specialize in providing global standards of customer service but I am also skilled in data entry, data mining, basic graphic design (using Canva), recruiting/head hunting, managing teams/people, business process improvements, and a couple more.
These are skills that I've acquired in my 7 years of fulltime and freelancing experience. I was part of the pioneering team for a start-up company and have helped from crafting to implementing and continuous improvement of Customer Service processes.
Should you hire me, my day-to-day task wouldn't be something you would worry about because I can work independently and with minimal supervision. I value timeliness as well, so deadlines won't be an issue. I care for the company/employer/business I work with like it's my own and providing customers with the utmost satisfaction is my passion.
