 My Name is Paul and I have Been in the BPO industry since 2009 and throughout these years Im used to the culture  as well as having great communication skills thanks to the years Talking in English, I have been with different centers both inbound and outbound and I think that's a Plus.Judging on my skill, I have already been trained to speak the Universal language which I think mankind Agrees which is English, I've already worked with different BPO centers such as VXI, Microsourcing, Sutherland , Opinionology as well as Flatworld. I have Experiences with technical, Customer Service, Financial account and extensively trained to deal with this accounts customer service wise or Real Estate wise is something I can Brag about, But Excelling in Appointment setting has been one of my greatest strength which I am confident enough to brag. Having the knowledge of the run arounds in this industry is something employers are after.
