I used to work in BPO industry for almost 7 years, and that exposed me to different tasks and campaigns. I worked as a customer service representative for a Telco account, financial account, collections, billing, technical support and also worked as an inbound and outbound sales associate.

In addition, I also joined an online freelance training in the field of bookkeeping. I learned the basics of bookkeeping and it's importance. We also had basic training about Xero, a bookkeeping software - which is also what I am using now as a bookkeeper for a UK based client. Yes, I am currently working as a virtual assistant/bookkeeper for a music school based in the UK. I enjoy working with my team and we enjoy helping one another. Working with different campaigns and doing different tasks developed my skills and potential which I'd also like to share with you.
