• Possess full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience in an in-house and a US agency environment.
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in all fields of IT and Engineering; with some experience in recruiting for non-technical positions (administrative, financial, legal, HR)
• Experience in following through hiring process, including sourcing, screening/interviewing, negotiating salary, job offer and on-boarding.
• Experience in recruiting in several industries including government, aerospace and defense, telecommunication, oil and gas, energy, water and wastewater, utilities, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, hotel/hospitality, and healthcare.
• Good understanding of different technical terminologies and IT positions.
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking System (Adapt, Workable and Bullhorn Reach) and Job boards (Jobstreet.com, Kalibrr.com, LinkedIn.com, CareerBuilder.com, Monster.com, Dice.com and Ladders.com)
