Based on my resume, I have gained ample experience in the virtual and customer service industries. These experiences have helped me discover my passion for serving others. I have come to understand that customer service is more about people than it is about methods. Interacting and working with others in this field has brought me great satisfaction. I hold a degree in communication from the Philippine Women's University in Manila.
My first job experience was at an office-based company where I worked under the management of brilliant and respectable individuals. I have been working online since 2011 and have come to enjoy this type of work environment. This has helped me become more disciplined in managing my time. I am proficient in using various online software such as Salesforce CRM, Bitrix24, Glip, Zoom, Mailchimp, Zoho, Trello, Asana, Slack, Skype, Google Hangouts, MS Office, Google Drive and Docs, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Career Builder, PCR, Click up, Basecamp, Shipmonk, Helspscout, Basic Data Entry in Quickbooks, Canva, and e-commerce websites.
