Profile Description

I have worked in a call center environment since 2005. I've handled outbound sales and inbound customer service accounts. I can support customers via phone, email, and chat. 


I used to work as email support for a seller on Amazon. My tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing replacement & refund, order tracking, and handling negative reviews. 


I used to be a full-time guest experience specialist for property rentals. My task includes assisting guests on their reservation, handling guest inquiries via phone & email, handling negative reviews, and admin tasks. I also handled a team for customer service that includes monitoring the agents development and performance.


I also have experience as a Facebook moderator. I manage content for my client's group page on Facebook. I ensure that all posts and comments are monitored and moderated all the time. 


I'm knowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel. I can also perform basic computer and internet troubleshooting when needed. I can easily adapt to changes. I'm very flexible and can do multi-tasking if needed. I'm conversational in English and can write in a business-like manner. I'm determined to finish the task promptly and produce quality results.
