Recruiting Background:  My background in Recruitment involves Sourcing, Phone-screening, Submission to sales, Interview Prep, Offer Negotiation, Hiring, Contract Negotiation, On-boarding up to Termination (Full-Cycle, End-to-End)  I have worked on complex Automotive Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing and some Medical requisitions.   I have worked on both Tech and Non-Tech roles. Entry-level up to Management positions.  I have worked very closely with the Hiring Managers, Sales Manager, Recruiting Manager, Hiring Manager, Account Executives, and Executives of the company to ensure that the client needs are met in a timely manner.  I have sourced for C-Level Executives/Candidates in the Healthcare Industry (Australian Market)  I am proficient in sourcing and Boolean logic/method. Accomplishments:
Milestone Awardee 2017 – Was able to produce over $100,000 GPM within 4 Upgrade to see actual infoestone Awardee 2018 – Was able to produce over $250,000 GPM placement amount from the start of the account up to the present. Successful Pioneer of the only Automotive Engineering Department in the company. Was able to help the account and the company to gain more billable seats from 2016 up to the Upgrade to see actual infoom 2 billable we are now at 7 billable seats and 2 divisions. Mentored three successful recruiters.Appointed as the Lead Recruiter and POC for the account
