My name is Upgrade to see actual info from the Philippines and I have been a virtual assistant for 7 years now and I have enjoyed and have been enjoying working from home. I have been to and from different fields- from teaching to BPO, to Cryptocurrency, to Real Estate, and I had my own business too! These experiences have honed me to be the virtual assistant I am now. Through these experiences, I was able to developed my people, interpersonal and communication skill. I have learned the importance of having an initiative and being proactive at work to get things done. I learned how to organized tasks and systematized processes to streamline workflows for a seamless deal. I have also developed my managerial skills when I had my own restaurant and when I have worked as a supervising manager for my Real Estate Team. I am an independent and reliable teammate. And these made me the experienced virtual assistant I am now.
