Profile Description

I have a vision of leading my own IT company in the future. Getting into different types of jobs will allow me to deal with different experiences, characters and behaviors, management approaches, and decision-making experiences. I have a good combination of technical and management skills that can make me flexible in any job role. I can work on minimal or without supervision. However, I am still coachable because I always love to learn new things.
As a software development team project manager, I was responsible for ensuring an excellent project outcome. I have to lead the team on the right path and take each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to be motivated and committed to every task they have to do. The tasks should be properly given to every teaUpgrade to see actual infomber based on their ability and availability was one of my main responsibility. Preparation of the project documents was also my duty like creating a data model, technical instruction, SRS document, software architecture, and project plan.
Aside from managing the projects, I was an admin assistant at that company. Data collection using spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis, organizing the filing system of electronic documents, data scraping, system administration, visualizing the idea of the owner, and other administrative tasks in which I can be efficient are the tasks I had as an admin assistant. 

Additionally, I am knowledgeable in graphic/video editing, web development, and UI/UX designing, which I usually used on my freelance projects.
