A Freelancer knows how to do online research having a list of addresses and searching for its owners and and mailing address and preparing it for skiptracing process and that can type 60WPM with 100?curacy. I also have extensive knowledge of MS programs such as Excel & Word. Specifically, I have great familiarity Title Researching, Property Ownership and Database Management. I have an experience in Title Search Account for almost 12 years. I was a Title Examiner/Researcher in one of the leading US Title Insurance Companies. I reviewed, typed, examined, re-proof and emailed Real Estate properties in the U.S of housing different systems. We create a report (title, chain of title, lien and litigation) which compose of summarize but detailed information needed by the title insurance corporation. With the few information given, we collect all elements constituting legal ownership of the property and make painstaking investigation of the owners credit through documents, website and system. Encode and proof the information gathered to come up with an error free report needed and send the report directly to the client. I can work on most data entry services with precision and accuracy and I am also comfortable on typing a high volume of information into a database all day.
