Hello. I’m currently looking for a start-up company where I can add value and share my expertise in Human Resource and Administration.
To start with, let me share with you a little bit about my background.
I am a Human Resource Manager with over 15 years of work experience helping Local and Multinational Companies with their Human Resource function during their start-up phase. I’m quite used to being a one man army but at the same time I find joy to see and be part in building the organization from ground zero to becoming a skyscraper. I have basically mastered some of the most tedious and challenging HR routines in particular to working offshore.
Without further ado, here are the facets I specialize and can help you with.
1. Recruitment – One of the most proven and tested skills I have in recruitment is the Career Matching. While most recruiters go for quantity, I go for quality. I want to make sure that the candidate is not only interested but he also understands the role he is applying for and what the company is all
2. Workforce Management - this includes forecast staffing requirements, managing staff schedules and timekeeping verification.
3. Performance Management - this includes creating metrics for individual KPI, conducting quarterly or annual performance reviews, providing feedback and guidance for points of improvement.
4. Employee Relations - this includes putting up the code of conduct and office policies, employment contracts and NDA.
5. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – this includes managing the company’s charity and volunteering initiatives.
