Profile Description

I've been into home based jobs for about seven years. I previously worked with Real Estates clients and assist them with their businesses.
I also have a vast work experience in the US Healthcare and Medical field as a Medical billing specialist and Virtual Medical coordinator. I help and assist healthcare providers with their patients as well as handling administrative tasks and paper works that needs to be processed in a timely manner. I also have customer phone handling skills since I make outbound calls and set up appointments with different people. I also have a wide knowledge on different CRM's and EHR systems and dialers.
I can also help on admin tasks like email handling, calendar management and research.
I make sure that daily reports are being sent at the end of each shift, and that my clients are always updated.
I want a long term and stable job where I can share and enhance my skills.
