I've worked at Jetstar Airways as a Customer Care Analyst for 4 years and a half. I am highly trained to handle customer
complaints such as but not limited to missed check in, missed boarding, schedule changes, disrupts, payment errors, customer errors and agent errors.
I also worked as an English Tutor for foreign students. Also worked for online sales for cars.
I am computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
I have a good communication and analytical skills. I'm diligent, responsible and hardworking. I make sure that I do my task before it's due date.
