I have gained extensive experience in various fields such as customer service, technical service, lead generation, appointment setting, VA, E-commerce, data entry, order fulfillment, social media moderation, and sales during my almost 11-year tenure in an outsourcing company (BPO). For the past 5 years, I have been working from home as a virtual assistant, performing tasks such as appointment setting, lead generation, and data entry. I have also worked as an e-commerce virtual assistant and am continuously learning to expand my skills. My passion is to provide excellent customer service while delivering quality work that benefits both the customer and the company.
