Profile Description

I am a Product Support/Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry for almost 4 Upgrade to see actual infospite that short span of experience I got to do different challenging tasks that requires pressure, accuracy, efficiency, and has to meet deadlines and hit the required targets. With the length of service, I've learned that working as a PSR & CSR doesn't simply require you to focus on fixing customer's concern but you also must have great customer service. These two should always come together in order to get customer satisfaction everytime and that even includes pacifying irate customers at times. I've also been through several trainings to improve my skills and make sure to be equipped, so I can better assist our clients with satisfaction.
Aside from being a PSR & CSR, I am also once an Appointment Setter for a freight company based in Australia wherein my job was to simply call small to large companies and set a meeting with my clients and at the same time convince them to have us as their courier.
Lastly, I have been a Virtual Assistant in a Real Estate Industry. I got to do inbound and outbound calls, set appointments too, do research and comparables, deals with social media accounts such as facebook, twitter, and Upgrade to see actual infot to mention email and chat support.
With my experience, it will give you an overview of my achievements and also on my potential on making a good contribution to the organization.
