As a Technical Support, I have worked with numerous tools such as, carrier network, billing, credit/debit card purchases. I master the skills in fixing cellphone carrier network updates and changes. Like, AT&T (using Telegence as the billing tool), Verizon (RSSX), T Mobile (SUI) and Sprint (Sprint MVNO). With 5 year experience as a Customer Service Representative, I am confident in providing excellent service in dealing with customers.
I have worked also as a Live Chat Agent for more than three years. I work with MS word and MS excel with ease; also with Average Handle Time, Accuracy, Transaction per hour and best in aiming the required quota. I am able to do multi-tasking, chatting with two customers while calling a higher department for further assistance like porting a number or warehouse assistance.
I have also worked as an Ebay lister/listing. I know how to use ZIK analytics, DSMtool, Autodstool, Amazon Movers and Sharkers, checking brand items on Ebay Vero as well as making sure that the item is not protected by Trademark/TM so that the account on Ebay would not be reported. Also I am capable or searching competitors sold products, create logical title that has good sell through. And lastly, I can manage to search items in Amazon that is niche/similar to the item that I can list on Ebay at a lesser price than the competitor that still has the Upgrade to see actual info addition, working in an Ebay listing, I can manage using Canva, in making collage of the photos and also with Clippingmagic that is used to edit photos.
I am looking for a long-term job and it will be a great platform for me to showcase my skills. Whatever goals I set, I ensure to complete them within the stipulated time.
