Hi, my name is Jas. I'm a licensed chemical engineer who has a passion for ecommerce, customer service, and virtual assistance. I have worked more than 2 years as a customer service representative and 13 months of this experience is in the ecommerce industry. I was a chat, email, and phone support. As the Lead E-Commerce and Marketing Specialist, I assist my client in their online stores such as Amazon, Walmart, and Wix. My job includes:
-creating and optimizing the listings to be uploaded in Amazon, Walmart, and Wix-editing
-updating the product listings
-managing the online ads in these stores
-resolving issues in Amazon and Walmart seller account-monitoring inventory in Amazon and Walmart
-designing and editing product photos

I took an Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant Masterclass where I am trained on the following skills to help Amazon sellers in managing their business. Those skills are:
