Profile Description

 I started out in call center industry with Teleperformance, I spent about
8 years working for them and held different accounts such as motorola, sprint, adobe and barclays. When I was terminated I worked briefly with telesynergy and dUpgrade to see actual info to work at home instead, I was hired by the Advocates, a company who represents disabled americans to be able to get approved for their disability retirement. I worked my way up becoming a manager for the New Case Department in which I handled subordinates. My job entails monitoring their performances and deliver report individually and as a team.
There is a tough competition out here, but I'm willing to prove myself, I am highly reliable and dependable and works best under pressure. I have an exceptional work ethics and learn independently. What I can assure you, should you hire me, is that I would be a great asset and will contribute greatly into your company's success. I am proficient in Microsoft office, Google Suite and Adobe products w/c are essential to my role as a customer service associate.  I was also an email customer support for My Babiie, utilizing Freshdesk.  We handle customer's request for swap, refund, exchange and repair of their pushchairs and highchairs.  I am also a customer support re for University of Sports, we use Zendesk for any customer inquiry, it is a dropshipping company selling sports apparel.  I also was a virtual assistant to real estate agent  Nikki Bascon of Keller Williams - Beverly Hills, my role was to manage their CRM and database using Hubspot and Follow Up Boss.  I also did SEO using google adwords, post blog using Amplifr, did outbound calls for buyers and seller leads.
