Profile Description

You can call me Pat and I'm from the Philippines. I am open to working full-time and part-time remotely. My recent work as a digital marketing coordinator in a credit loan company based in Australia. My tasks are scheduling digital marketing campaigns, preparing emails and newsletters, conducting regular audits for social media and website marketing performance, tracking marketing metrics, and analyzing digital data to measure marketing success. 

I have worked with businesses I also worked previously to oversee the day-to-day operations of two resorts
and events placed in one of the top tourist destinations in the Philippines, my role includes managing calendars, setting appointments, receiving phone and online bookings, coordinating with our clients and guests through Agoda, Airbnb, Oyo, Klook, and Applications, and answering all customer inquiries from all our channels. I managed their social media accounts, such as FB, IG, & TikTok. I create Ads, post content, and photo & video editing for marketing advertisements. This includes reels, stories, wall posts, people engagement, and Social Media Campaigns and Premium Accounts in Apps/ websites like Canva, Filmora & CapCut.

Another role that I have experienced, was as a conference speaker coordinator
at the digital marketing conference, LCC based in Santa Monica, California, USA.
This is a project-based job. I am tasked to act as a marketing virtual assistant, liaising with the team lead for the Digital Marketing Conference Series responsible for sourcing and selecting suitable speakers through telemarketing, generating leads through Upgrade to see actual info and LinkedIn for each conference, and coordinating with speakers leading up to each event. I’m responsible for finding suitable speakers to fill the program and assisting the conference head to complete and finalize each conference agenda.

My early work experiences were in HR, with experience with end-to-end recruitment,
administrative tasks, payroll & HR information systems such as SAP, SunFish
SaAs, Sprout & GreatDayHR.
