-To investigate customers with their recent changes in the account whether it’s fraudulent, phishing, smishing, a mule, a third party scammer or just random suspicious activity.
-To disable/enable customer Online Banking profile if there's fraud, suspicious or scam activity detected.
-To approve, release, cancel or delete online wire funds, zelle, direct pay, bill pay, interfi or any online transactions based on the assessment made with the customer.
-To make sure the customer’s online banking is secure and safe.
-To process LST for DDA , HELOC, Business accounts, credit and debit card accounts if there’s
a confirmed fraud/scam activity.
-To delete payees for confirmed unauthorized transactions and activity on the accounts.
-To fill in and submit UT questionnaires/ investigations for unauthorized transactions, online wires, payees, zelles, direct pay, interfi and bill pay.
-To fill in and submit device take over questionnaires.
