I worked as a Technical Support Representative for seven (7) months and then I got promoted to a Team Lead Position.

I was with phone support for a year and then with chat support for almost a year already.
I am pretty familiar with American people and their culture especially the southerners as our support was concentrated in those States.
This experience makes me skillful in terms of providing world class customer service, providing basic troubleshooting steps in resolving internet issues and people management.
Then, since I was with voice and chat support, I am confident that I am very much capable of communicating in a clear and understandable manner.
Furthermore, I am a college graduate and I finished post graduate studies (Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science and Bachelor of Laws).
These degrees make me an adept reader and a competent researcher.
