Profile Description

I worked in a call center industry for more than a year. After I graduated last March 2015, I immediately joined the BPO Industry. I was hired as a Customer Service Representative last May 2015 handling eBay-Selling Account. I am an expert on helping members in listing their items, a consultant on how to deal with their buyers and how to improve their sales and a seller's support in understanding their monthly invoice.
I have an extraordinary patience that is really a need for you to be a good customer service specialist. Also, I am organized and a kind of person who will not just settle for good, I would always see to it that I am exceeding my client's expectation.
I have completed a number of projects from different clients such as Data Entry, SEO, Listing items on eBay and Shopify.
