Profile Description

I have been a Virtual Assistant since 2013.
I was an Executive Assistant to the Project Manager of a Construction and Renovation company based in Perth Australia. The company was not doing well and could no longer afford to hire any of the staff and I had to be let go. My main duty is to be the right-hand man of the Property Manager. My other duties and tasks include Email and Calendar Management, updating progress on the Upgrade to see actual info board, saving quotations, and creating purchase orders and invoices thru Xero accounting software for trades and contractors we work with. I am also the point contact of trades on whatever they need for the multiple properties we handle.
I also worked as a VA Manager/Project Manager for business coaching with different brands and companies. I handled all the Filipino VA we hired and assigned to different teams and departments. I was also responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding training, and managing these VAs. I was also tasked to create different workflows, SOP, and training materials. I was handling VAs with diverse roles from Inside Sales Representatives, Transaction Coordinators, Graphic Designers, Social Media Managers, Web Designers, and Video Editors. My role as a Project Manager is to see projects and campaigns from conception until completion. I was in constant communication with clients regarding their requirements, feedback, and revisions. I relay that information to the design team.
In 2020, I worked as a Team Lead for the Admin Team of a Real Estate Marketing Agency based in California. I was also responsible for creating reports and data on our monthly, quarterly, and annual number of send-outs and the KPIs of my team. I was also the lead on the training and onboarding of new VAs we hire. I created the training materials and workflow for the trainees.Another essential task I did as a Team Lead was Photo Editing Management, assigning RAW photos to different photo editors depending on capabilities and workload.As a Team Lead, I oversee the daily send out of deliverables to agents and real estate companies including Ground photos, Twilight and Drone Photos, 3D Virtual Tour, 2D Floor Plan, Videos uploaded to Vimeo and Zillow, and managing of dropbox folders that contains all the marketing materials of our clients.
