Profile Description

My command of the English language is almost natural; I was never subjected to customers hanging up because of my accent or asking to be transferred to an American/Canadian Representative. My work experience spans sales, customer service, and training. I was a sales representative with Upgrade to see actual info and both a sales and customer service representative with AT&T. I also have a technical support background with BELL Canada. Working in all of the offshore accounts that I've mentioned above has given me enough experience (and patience) to work with people from different economic and geographic backgrounds; I'm also used to working to meet deadlines and sales quotas required by business clients. I am someone who knows how to handle and take care of people's personal, and oftentimes sensitive, information (read: never participated or committed any kind of fraud). I've been working from home since late 2016 - present. I worked for various campaigns/companies: cold-calling campaigns in healthcare and real estate, data mining in mortgage and healthcare, acquisitions in real estate, virtual assistance in real estate, lead generation and sales expert in UK logistics, training and recruitment in real estate, social media marketing in real estate. I've been an Executive Assistant since 2019 and I'm currently an Executive Assistant with a US-based company.
