I'm well experienced over 7 years in the customer service field and great at multitasking. 

With the experience I've gained from being an associate or a technical support representative for big cable and internet companies in the United States, my communication, strong work ethic, and critical thinking skills were heightened and earned me a position as Mentor-on-duty, which allows me to help not just my co-workers but newly hired employees Being a mentor requires us to use a few tools from Microsoft Office. Mainly, I use PowerPoint for training presentations, Microsoft Word for documents and paperwork, Microsoft Excel for keeping track of the names of the employees to receive updates or trained and are already trained, and lastly, Microsoft Outlook for email updates from the management area, employee relations area and lastly, co-workers from the training department. All skills gained are very useful and are ready to be used once Upgrade to see actual infoaling with stress is a no-brainer since working in the BPO industry is tiring and so I can definitely manage. Time management is also one of the things I gained to ensure that no work is wasted and other people's time as well. I am well-versed in Shopify. I want a long-term, stable job where I can help any business become a success.
