Publishing Company | English Academy | Medical Field EXPERIENCE:
I worked in a publishing company for 2 years with various roles done under the Acquisitions Department. I was the executive assistant of the Chairman of the board and the Executive Director of the Book Acquisitions. I used to handling and explaining contracts to clients and detailed review of manuscripts submissions from unknown authors for possible publication which was a huge help in obtaining the desired target sales of our Sales Representatives. Kept confidential records from different clients and made sure that files were up to Upgrade to see actual infot up appointments for the Sales Representatives through phone calls, having organized spread sheet for contracts returned, securing data acquired and voicemails transcriptions. I am assertive and diligent at work and in every task I was asked to do, objective oriented to meet goals for the success of the whole team and for the company. Moreover, I had worked in an English Academy as creative writing instructor to foreign students for a year and worked in the medical field as a licensed nurse for 2 years.
