it is in my control to manage the inventories of the office i am previously working. i am responsible of keeping and updating the inventories of Food supplies, office supplies, office appliances, office stuff and even certificates and plaques on monthly basis.

Graphic Design is my passion and natural talent. I am knowledgeable enough to make layouts and designs of Emails, brochures, magazine contents, Marketing banners such as store roll ups, social media posts, political campaign materials, logos, flyers, T-shirt designs, and I.D picture editing.

i handle documents from various offices, both executive and legislative offices. i a reviewing and filtering out each of them before processing. i make sure to secure a record for each of the documents.

i help with costumer services in the office where i entertain walk in clients. I help with the clients who are sending letters to the City Mayor, i help with the process of Solicitation letters, invitations, requests and even those who want to make a courtesy call with the City Mayor.

i make a record and listings of daily incoming and outgoing documents like purchase request and orders, cheques, vouchers, program of works, project proposals, and program designs and all inventories. And then make a distribution of the list through Google drive to my superiors and supervisor.
