I am a professional Amazon & Shopify Dropshipping Business Virtual Assistant with extensive experience of more than 6 years of in the field.
I have been an Executive Assistant in my past companies which is a Dropshipping on Amazon and Shopify. I was first handling the listing and Inventory Department where you will have to list the products on Amazon Seller Upgrade to see actual info Customer Service, I take most of the significant issues such as Negative Feedback, A-Z claims, Buyers Remorse, and Carrier issues and I am also responsible to process orders and tracking/confirming shipments, refund requests, order cancellations & more. Having a position like this includes:
