Profile Description

Currently working as an Assistant Manager for products department in US Online Shop for safety & eyewear products based in Sugarland, TX. I am knowledgeable in WordPress, mainly in product category (updating product data, adding new products, categories, tags, attributes...etc).

I also worked online (remote job) for 3 years as a Senior Auditor & Service Dispatcher in United Smart Tech (Frisco TX, USA), my main job is to monitor daily technician tasks and repairs for hand phones in real-time & update service job IDs generated from the system.

I have three years of experience as an Inventory Controller in Singapore and I am experienced with the entire process of warehouse operation. This includes purchasing of goods to specific supplier; supervision of loading, unloading, labelling, and storing/sorting of spare parts; stock transfer to technician; maintenance of records of incoming and outgoing goods (goods receiving), and weekly/monthly forecast based filing of orders to replenish depleting / depleted stock. Other responsibilities that I have handled include preparing and filing reconciliation reports such as credit notes for non-moving materials & faulty spare parts. I am also well aware of the legal, safety, and technical issues related to inventory / warehouse management.

I also worked as a graphic designer/layout artist in a local newspaper in Milan. Being a photographer also developed my sense of creativity & an excellent eye for details. With my second employer, I worked as a travel agent which handles monitoring and maintaining inventory control records & also preparing sales analysis reports.

With Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Adamson University, I have a solid foundation in computer systems applications. I worked for more than two years in an ATM Manufacturing company (Diebold) as a Customer Service Engineer (Field Service Technician) - installation of software applications & responsible for maintaining Automated Teller Machines (preventive maintenance).
