I have also handled hotel and airline reservations. I became a Customer Solutions Officer for Citibank. I have handled billing, activation, sales and disputes. My last job from the BPO industry was with Sykes Asia. It's a financial account which involves life insurance. I must say that I am an expert when it comes to handling customers concerns and queries.
I also know how to handle social media websites. I know MS Excel as well as MS Word.
I am very patient and I never stop until the job gets done. I am determined and motivated.
