Step 3: I will observe. I will look at what's the most common inquiry, complaint and the type of market you currently have so I can create editable responses tailored to answering them. If you already have a spiel, don’t worry, if you want me to continue using it, then I will. 

Ps:  Just to let you know by now that I love personalizing my responses and you will see me twinkling it a little bit. This is to make sure that I’m not gonna sound like a bot, I hate that too!

Step 4: If you don’t have any editable spiel/responses. I can definitely create one for you. Once you have checked and approved it, then we can test it and see the good results. We will achieve that high KPI’s!
