Profile Description

Are you seeking a seasoned E-commerce Virtual Assistant to elevate your daily business operations and drive growth? My past roles have equipped me with a wide range of skills, including but not limited to:

E-Commerce Product Launch Coordinator (Shopify)
- Preparing all product details for the launch
- Assigning product images to edit and ensuring that the right image is used before uploading them.
- Insert all product details into the product page.
- Creating tags and collections for the products.
- Insert meta fields for product details.
- Monitoring expiring products and adding expiry dates to products nearing their expiration.
- Uploading products into the store through CSV file bulk upload.
- Creating product bundles using the BundleKit app

 Vendor Order Processor (Shopify)
- Process orders. Export orders into CSV file, sort according to needed details, and then forward it to the supplier.
- Fulfill Shopify orders using Massfulfill or Oberlo app
- Creating shipping labels
- Placing Aliexpress Orders
- Update product inventory
- Check order pricing and customer notes
- Process order amendments from customers
- Edit product images.

Amazon Product Researcher (Online Arbitrage & Wholesale FBA)
- Find and source profitable products for Amazon FBA
- Product sourcing via manual, storefront stalking, helium10 black-box, Tactical Arbitrage or keepa.
- Contact brands for collaboration opportunities and product catalog

Amazon FBA Store Management
- Create an order list for products that need replenishment
- Create a listing for products not yet on the Amazon catalog
- Developing and refining product listings (Listing Optimization)
- Caselogging Management: Monitor and manage caselogging activities with Amazon Seller Support, including tracking, documenting, and resolving cases promptly, assertively, and accurately
- Addressing Listing Health issues and troubleshooting
- Monitoring Amazon Account Health
- Identifying Account Health issues and Troubleshooting
- Fix suppressed items
- Monitor and compare buy box prices and supplier prices to ensure the profit
