I’m an inside sales/ sales support in an international shipping lines for 5 years with extensive experience on cold calling, telemarketing, sales lead, customer interaction, maintain and manage sales pipeline, contract using CRM tools, Develop and create a sales strategy to promote new products and services. Specialized in project cargo and containerized shipment. Provide a solution to Customer with a logistics background for 7 years in a shipbuilding industry. Customer journey mapping facilitator.

To Support Customer on their logistics and commercial journey:
* Negotiate a quotation and terms with Carrier and 3pl for containerized cargo.
*Assist online booking 
*Assist Shipping instruction / BL submission online
*Track, Monitor and manage booking until the date of departure / arrival, providing timely updates to clients. 
*Manage customer accounts including booking processing, contract / quotation.
*Lead conversion.
*Customer outreach via calls, email. 
*Provide administrative report such as preparing reports, scheduling meeting.
*Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth. 
*Promotes product and services thru online platform.
