Profile Description

A virtual assistant since 2009. I worked as a Marketing and HR Assistant in a staffing company, wherein I recruited therapists , did background checking, processed in completing the required credentials. Moreover, I also tapped potential home health agencies we can close contract with. All these were done via telemarketing. Was also assigned to process credentialing applications for all our therapists for TMHP and MCOs.
An experience customer service specialist too. As such, I manned the live chat for all the products and services of the company. Was in charge in processing orders for one of the company's services, addressed complaints and technical concerns, followed up unpaid invoices, and generated invoices for package upgrade.
Furthermore, I had vast experience in managing LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. Was responsible too, in scheduling blogs via Wordpress. Familiar with Slack, TeamWork Management, Insightly CRM. Kinnser, and Canva applications.
I am reliable , independent and value time so much. It is very important for me to set my goals prior to starting my daily work in order to be productive at the end of my shift.
