Profile Description

As a contractor, my goal is to satisfy the needs of my clients, no matter how hard the task is, once I commit, I would always find a way to complete it.

I started my career as a Customer Support Associate in one of the largest BPO/Contact Centers in the Philippines which had helped me developed my Customer Service skills in handling clients over the phone with billing inquiries, technical support, and sales process.

My skills range but not limited to: Computer literate, tech savvy, multi tasker, fast learner and to work without support. I am an expert in using Shopify, Zendesk, Magento and Salesforce.
