I have been a Virtual Assistant for more than 5 years now. I started doing only customer service emails until I went to do almost everything that is needed to run the backend of an e-commerce Upgrade to see actual infoom customer service (ZOHO, G-SUITE, ZENDESK), Paypal claims and resolution, to order processing (DROPIFIED) product uploading (SHOPIFY) Lead Generation, product sourcing, supplier hunt and negotiation (Aliexpress), Email marketing, Email Flows and Campaigns (Klaviyo), Video Editing (Camtasia), Print-on-Demand (Printful), Domain Integration and Website design. I also did Tiktok and Instagram Influencer Marketing using Modash and Yesware. Social media monitoring and moderation. I have also done leadership tasks and provided training for newly hired associates. I can be your all-around VA. I have been working with less supervision and managed to do tasks on my own. I am a fast learner and resourceful. I have been working on different tasks without training and would only require my resourcefulness to figure things out. I am reliable and values the time and money of my employer, I work as if I am the one investing and would always consider the gains and losses as if it is my own. I am trustworthy, loyal, and hardworking. I may not have all the knowledge in the world that is necessary for each and every task but I am always eager to learn new things and would give my best in everything. I always believe that a great work attitude is the most important above all else.
