Reliable,
spontaneous, with a knack to learn new skills, explore different avenues and
discover abilities to its fullest. I have over 10 years work experience in
customer support, 6 years in back office/admin support and close to 3 years
work in recruitment. I have proven myself to be quick to learn and adjust to
different roles and responsibilities. I am hoping to gain employment with a
company that will help grow with me as a professional and a company that would value my skills.
My entire
professional career, I started from the ground up.  I graduated from a Bachelors degree in
Business Administration and worked as a secretary for 9 months thereafter.  I shifted to an entirely different path, took
a huge leap of courage to start my career experience in the BPO industry.  It was never easy for me to work and support
clients of different culture, but, I withstood it all, understood their culture
and always made sure to give excellent service every time. I have a diverse
work experience to which I believe, can be of great value to the company.
Building and maintaining client relationships are my strong suits. And this, I
believe, has helped me perform well in any given task. I am simple, but, can
take on a variety of responsibilities and accept challenges through intensive
training.
