* Operations Manager - worked in a start up company that supports business with home health agencies. I handled Team Leads of different department, manage and determine staffing requirement, work assignment, evaluate performance reviews and overall team effectiveness.

* Human Resources Coordinator - schedule meetings, applicant interviews, HR events and agendas. Perform job orientations and respond to internal and external HR related inquiries. 

* Lead Generation Specialist - I do research and identify potential home health companies that align with company's services. I initiate contact with the key decision-maker within targeted home health company through cold calling. I set appointments with qualified prospects and arrange meetings or calls with the CEO to discuss possible partnership opportunities. 

* Worked as a Collections Team Lead (Auto-Finance account) for over 9 years handling low risk to high risk delinquency. 

* Worked as a Customer Service Representative and Escalation agent where I practiced giving excellent customer service over the phone.
