I handled 12 agents on a healthcare account. My expertise is on customer service. As a team manager, my tasks include coaching agents, monitoring their quality by auditing/listening to their Upgrade to see actual info could be a live call or a recorded call. I also do transcription of calls if requested by clients. I am knowledgeable with MS Word and Excel.I work with minimal supervision and very willing to learn new things. I've been on a customer service field for 7 years and I have gained a lot of experience which I could apply in other fields. I also worked as a Billing Assistant for Accupointmed LLC (c/o Virtual Coworker). I was in charge of the billing, follow ups, rejection of claims, patient information and etc. I am currently working as an Insurance Verification Specialist for a doctor’s office based in FL USA. I look forward to a stable job wherein I could apply and share the knowledge I have.
