I've already handled multiple accounts like financial,inbound/outbound sales, telecommunication account and healthcare account. I'm already familiar with different types of customers and I know how to listen and understand them very well. I'm a type of agent that is competitive when it comes to decision making and i'm a team player as well. I can multi-task and can easily adapt to changes. My former job was a telemarketer / appointment setter for 6 years in an Insurance company and I'm confident that I'm a perfect fit for any appointment setting role. As an appointment setter I have developed strong communication skills with my agents and clients.
