I've been with Concentrix INC. for 2 years, supporting technical troubleshooting for Cisco products, over the years I acquired good technical skills, as well as skills in assisting clients, such as slow,inattentive and irate clients.
Though I am not an expert in this applications but I know may way around photoshop, movie maker,pinnacle. I can work under pressure and can do multi-tasking.
I consider my self to be a driven person committed to efficiently maximizing my potentials and personal achievements and to lead others by example.
