Profile Description

I spent the first 15 years of my professional life in call center companies where I realized my passion for process documentation and optimization. I had the privilege of managing a team of close to 100 members in charge of QA monitoring and CSAT analytics, facilitating Continuous Improvement and Risk & Compliance projects, implementing cross-functional methodologies to achieve organizational excellence, and certifying team leaders on coaching effectiveness for an entire contact center of close to a thousand customer service representatives.

In 2016, I made the decision to take a career break to focus on parenting but it didn’t take long before I was offered the opportunity to work from home in 2017 by the CEO of a digital marketing agency. This allowed me to continue being a home-based wife and mom while also resuming my professional career.

This CEO was a visionary and gave me all sorts of projects ranging from creating training courses and processes, building entire departments, hiring and developing people for various roles, and independently learning and implementing new technology platforms and software for training, recruitment, and customer relationship management. The biggest project I have accomplished was building VA Placement Service from the ground up. This company has, since its establishment in 2019, hired and trained 300 virtual professionals from the Philippines and served close to 500 clients globally.

Alongside building VA Placement Service, I was also Director of Philippine Operations for Ascension Consulting from July 2020 to March 2024, a company owned by the same group of proprietors, where I laid the groundwork for the transition of 100% of operations to the Philippines and where I also managed the customer experience and affiliate services teams, as well as financials, recruitment, training, and HR activities.

I am confident I will do well as in any senior management post given my years of experience in people and process management strengthened by the last 7 years that I spent working on major projects and managing companies.
