I am also a seasoned freelancer with quite a number of experiences on various jobs like data entry, recruitment, job posting on job boards, organizing travel itineraries, extensive web/internet, business, demographic and market research. I also have an experience as a Virtual Assistant for a romance author doing formatting for Amazon Kindle books, publishing, and social media promotion. Working as a marketing assistant for another client also helped me to acquire basic skills in audio editing (cut, copy, paste) using MP3DirectCut application and audio/video Thai medical transcription particularly in cosmetic/plastic surgery field. I have developed skills that I believe are valuable to my clients and some of my strengths are having great attention to details and being trustworthy of sensitive information.
I have a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics major in Operations Research. I am knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive) and proficient with Google applications (Docs, Spreadsheets, Hangouts, Gmail, Drive, Gsuites). I am familiar with the following management tools:

I also have knowledge with Bullhorn CRM, Airtable, and Pipedrive. I also have some knowledge on how to use Receipt Bank and Xero Accounting.
I have an above average English communication skills, both in oral and written. I also have a business background as a shop owner; I have developed my skills in managing employees and conducting business analysis. I also do online selling through various social media networks (Facebook, Instagram) as well as Ebay, and have interacted with various clients over the past five years which exposes me to different administrative tasks as well as customer support.

I am pretty flexible concerning my working hours. I am open to offers and willing to adjust my schedules accordingly with my present jobs in progress.
