Profile Description

I have experienced working as a Sales Representative/ Appointment Setter doing basic sales tasks like prospecting,data mining, lead qualification and nurture. I helped my client invite targeted prospects to events, send white papers, surveys, and set sales appointments. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert helping new hires by answering queries and helps agents solve a problem they are struggling with and correctly determines what levels of performance are acceptable and can identify performance objectives. I also worked as a Technical representative for 6 months helping customers fix their internet connectivity both hard wire and wireless,activate modem, install anti-virus, create and retrieve emails. I provide support for activating phone lines and fixing the issues as well. I possess combination of skills and experience to help your business grow and am open to learn new things to deliver exceptional results.
