I have worked as a customer service representative and technical support representative. I know how to interact with different kinds of customers and clients using the business language, English. My past responsibilities were creation of tickets, handling of concerns, complaints and escalations, as well as basic to extensive troubleshooting. I know the different kinds of tools used like CRM, Active Directories, VPNs, VOIP and I am very trainable if introduced to other tools.
If given an opportunity, my promise to the company or person that will hire me is that I will give all the time and dedication that you need. I will make sure all the responsibilities and tasks are finished within the time limit if not, the earliest I can.
