I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 10 years now, starting at a local call center company and then ventured to homebased online freelancing. I specialize in customer service and virtual assistance. I assist him in his business and outside affiliations. I worked as a customer service email support. MyLastStraw is selling metal straw kits, while BackwardComplex is selling all about vintage fashion. I worked as customer service rep, email support on these 2 stores.*Customer Service Representative - Lime Upgrade to see actual info transportation-rental company running bicycle, scooter, and car-sharing systems in various countries. The system offers dockless vehicles which users unlock via a mobile app. I am part of the Lime Juicer Experience Team, the company's support for the Juicers of the scooters. A user can not only be just a Rider but also can be a Juicer where they earn by charging the scooters.*Customer Service Representative - Red Pocket Mobile for 2 yearsA California based service provider company, a reseller of AT&T. The task was mainly customer service and technical support via phone. We cater customer's needs, address inquiry, help navigate our website, process refills & troubleshoot their devices over the phone. We make adjustments, reset codes and log activities on the customer's account. We also handle complaints addressed via email for refunds and claims. I was later promoted to be part of the Help Desk Team working as direct support to CSRs on the line and then with the Quality Assurance Team calibrating call recordings for evaluation.*Account Executive - Metro Furniture for 2 yearsA California based company selling furniture online. They have a number of websites and eBay accounts and we were designated on certain accounts. The post was called Account Executive and the duty was mainly sales and customer service support both on phone and email. Our responsibilities include managing our "store", from items to list, pricing and promotions. We also monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, freight companies and warehouse people, at times with bank representatives when resolving cases opened by customers. We handle communications before and after sales transactions between customers, suppliers, vendors, freight companies, account managers, bank representatives, and our operations people.I may have been working in the field for years and could be an edge, but there's always room for improvement and new learnings.
