*Freshdesk & Freshchat
-Fundamental knowledge of the properties of tickets within this platform. Managed to build an entire customer support flow. Created CS templates from scratch, build out a solutions portal for customers to use, built automation, and set up Customer satisfaction surveys and QA scorecards. On the Freshchat side, I've built the chatbot and auto-replies as well as customer survey to always check how customers feel about the support they received
