I have an excellent eye for details and self-motivated and I believe that my skills and past work experiences in Customer Service, Research, and Social Media Marketing make me a good fit for this position. I have experience using Zendesk/Freshdesk and I have strong organizational skills and can understand and follow instructions with 100?curacy. I also have experience using Shopify, Amazon, Magento, Slack, Trello,and  Google Suite

My responsibilities include customer service both in E-commerce website and Social Media, handling and processing of orders and update product listings on their website and E-commerce website. Coordinate with the graphics team for the social media postings, scheduling of social media materials for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
