I have an excellent eye for details and self-motivated and I believe that my skills and past work experiences in Customer Service, Research, and Social Media Marketing make me a good fit for this position. I have experience using Zendesk/Freshdesk and I have strong organizational skills and can understand and follow instructions with 100?curacy. I also have experience using Shopify, Amazon, Magento, Slack, Trello,and  Google Suite

I managed their E-commerce and Social Media Marketing. My responsibilities include customer service both in E-commerce website and Social Media, handling and processing of orders and update product listings on their website and E-commerce website. Coordinate with the graphics team for the social media postings, scheduling of social media materials for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Majority of their online store is through Amazon. They have wholesale accounts from different suppliers/vendors and resell their items if determined viable. Some of my key responsibilities are Research, Data Entry, Product List Building, Order Tracking, and Manual Ordering
